Stride Refund & Returns Policy
We know you'll love your new Stride purchase, but if anything doesn't quite hit the mark, we'll do what we can to resolve it!
Contact us with any issues as soon as possible quoting your order number, the product in question and your query to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to return your recent purchase for a refund or exchange we will accept it within 14 days of the receipt of your goods.
Items are only returnable or exchangeable if they have not been used, altered, and is returned in a re-saleable condition with all original packing intact. All returns must also have all labels intact and attached the garment or product being returned.
If you believe there was an issue with your product due to delivery method or a manufacturing fault please email us at email@example.com with any enquiries and we will do our best to find a solution.
Returns do not affect your statutory rights.
