Standard Delivery - Will deliver within two-three working days of shipping (Monday to Friday). You will also receive a tracking email from our courier so you can keep an eye on your precious cargo!

Next Day - Will deliver within one working day of shipping (Monday to Friday). You will also receive a tracking email or text from our courier to track the progress of your Stride delivery.

Any issues or concerns regarding delivery please feel free to get in contact at contact@stride.fit and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Most issues can be resolved directly through your courier using your tracking number provided at the time of fulfilment.

If you miss your delivery and opt for it to be delivered in a 'safe place' Stride Fit UK is not responsible for any form of loss, theft or damage.

Look after your yoga wheel, it's build to be incredibly strong but don't drop it from a height.

Clean with a soft cloth and heavily diluted washing up liquid, avoid cleaning with chemicals.

Cork is naturally anti-bacterial, so no need to use heavy chemicals to disinfect.

Keep stored in a dry place.
